The BOMT (Biodynamic Osteopathic Manual Therapeutics) Techniques Program is a hybrid training program, combining online and in-person instruction. It is designed for both experienced practitioners and certified beginners who seek to help clients suffering from chronic discomfort and systemic disorders.
Who Can Benefit?
Qualified practitioners include:
Massage therapists
Craniosacral and biodynamic craniosacral therapists
Physiotherapists
Myofascial release specialists
Ortho-Bionomists
Trager practitioners
Polarity therapists
Zero Balancing practitioners
Acupuncturists
Energy workers
Trauma therapists
Naturopaths
Other holistic practitioners
The BOMT program is particularly beneficial for practitioners who work with clients experiencing autoimmune issues, chronic digestive disorders, long-haul syndromes (e.g., Lyme disease, Long COVID, CIRS), and other conditions that have been resistant to conventional care.
Program Overview
This program is designed for both:
Established practitioners looking to deepen their skills and integrate them into their existing practice.
Certified beginners eager to immerse themselves in the traditions of bone-setting while enhancing their capabilities through the Three Bodies Method™, which integrates structural, fluidic, and energetic bodywork.
The BOMT Techniques Program focuses on soft tissue techniques, where practitioners learn to identify and address the root cause of dysfunction rather than just symptoms. By understanding the biodynamic force and myofascial dialogue, practitioners can recognize underlying issues in the fluidic and energetic bodies before addressing the structural body.
For example, if a client’s hip presents as misaligned, the issue may originate from an encapsulated trauma stored in the fluidic or energetic body. By addressing this first, symptoms in the structural body can naturally resolve, ensuring longer-lasting results.
Program Tracks:
Participants can choose between two paths:
BOMT Base Program (22-month hybrid training)
Provides a comprehensive foundation in biodynamic and biomechanical manual therapy.
Focuses on the Three Bodies Method™, a structured, fluidic, and energetic approach to care.
BOMT Elective Specialization Programs
Three- to five-course series designed for practitioners who want to focus on specific client needs.
Participants may also drop into individual courses to enhance their expertise.
Example: Practitioners in the Pre- & Perinatal Elective Program may take pelvis, leg, and urogenital courses for deeper knowledge in these areas.
BOMT Base Program Structure
The BOMT base program is a hybrid model, requiring both online coursework and in-person practicum sessions.
Participants must attend an in-person immersion after every five online modules.
All applicants must first complete the Three Bodies Method™ pre-requisite course before applying.
2025 Three Bodies Method™ Course Dates:
Feb 13-16 – Denver, CO
Feb 28 - Mar 2 – New York, NY
April 9-11 – Ubud, Bali
June 2025 – Florence, Italy (dates confirmed by March 10, 2025)
After completing this pre-requisite course, participants begin the BOMT base program with:
➡️ Anatomy & Physiology from the Traditional Osteopathic & Native Bone Setters Perspective (5-day online course)
This is followed by hands-on palpation and techniques training.
